How do the ratings work?
How do the ratings work?
Whenever you are sent an enquiry via text and email the Finder is sent an email with a link to your company and the ability to rate you based on Response Time, General Manner and Overall Service. They also have a free text box where they can write their own thoughts, comments and experiences. Depending on the quality of your ratings will depend on how high your company is on the list of companies in your area. E.g. under Fire Extinguisher servicing, the Engineer with the highest ratings will appear first and so forth.
